Senior/Associate Mechanical Engineer in Sydney

Our client is a Sydney based building services consultancy on a genuine growth path, with a strong pipeline across education, commercial and high-rise residential projects. They're looking for an experienced mechanical engineer to step into a senior leadership role and help shape where the business goes next.

What you'd be doing:

• Leading mechanical services design from early planning through to construction
• Mentoring and growing a team of engineers
• Acting as the trusted technical contact for key clients
• Contributing to business growth alongside the leadership team

What they're looking for:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, CPEng or working towards it
• 7 to 12+ years in building services consulting space
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams
