Senior/Lead Flutter Developer

Job Overview

Lead the development of scalable Flutter applications for iOS and Android. Own architecture decisions,

drive feature delivery, and ensure high code quality. Work closely with product and backend teams to

build fast, reliable, and maintainable mobile experiences.

Technical Requirements (Must-Have)

• 5+ years software development experience
• 3+ years Flutter (production apps)
• Strong Dart and Flutter fundamentals
• Experience with state management (Riverpod preferred)
• Experience with routing (go_router)
• API integration experience (Dio or similar)
• Solid understanding of app architecture and performance
• Experience building and maintaining apps on both iOS & Android

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build Flutter features end-to-end
• Define and maintain scalable architecture
• Review code and mentor developers
• Collaborate with backend and product teams
• Ensure app performance, stability, and responsiveness
• Drive best practices and reduce technical debt

Strong Plus Factors

• Experience leading a mobile team or owning a product area
• Experience with modular / feature-based architecture
• Strong understanding of app performance optimization
• Experience with testing (unit, widget, integration)
• Familiarity with CI/CD and mobile release process
