What they need
Senior / Lead Scrum Master
We are seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Scrum Master to support multiple delivery teams initially, with the opportunity to progress into a broader strategic Agile leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove delivery blockers and improve team flow and effectiveness.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support successful delivery.
- Coach teams on Agile ways of working, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners.
- Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement across the wider organisation.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with hands-on delivery experience.
- Experience supporting multiple teams and/or contributing to wider Agile transformation.
- Strong experience resolving delivery blockers and managing cross-team dependencies.
- Demonstrable coaching skills across team dynamics and Agile practices.
- Experience leading or mentoring Scrum Masters or Agile practitioners.
Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
