What will you do?

The Senior/Lead Site Electrical Engineer will join our Project Delivery Team, playing an integral role in a team of skilled specialists that bring ideas to life for clients across a diverse range of projects. You will oversee electrical site activities, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations across sectors including industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, buildings, energy, and utilities.

• Supervise and monitor electrical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship, quality, and construction progress.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and support the development of project team members.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need a relevant technical qualification, and chartered status would be preferable.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline from a recognized institution

• Must possess a valid Associate Electrical Engineer License or Professional Electrical Engineer License in Thailand

• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, site supervision, or construction project delivery.

• Demonstrated experience overseeing electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities on construction or industrial projects.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, applicable codes, standards, and industry best practices.

• Proven ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other project management or engineering software.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment while leading and mentoring junior team members.

• Preferred to have a good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively and engage professionally with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
