Senior/Lead System Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Lead System Analysts and Senior System Analysts to join a Solution Design team supporting business transformation initiatives within the telecommunications domain.

This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business requirements into scalable, integrated, and fit-for-purpose solution designs that drive innovation, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Business Analysis

• Drive end-to-end solution design activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business requirements gathering, clarification, prioritization, and translation into solution specifications.
• Collaborate with business users, domain owners, and cross-functional teams to develop effective and scalable system designs.
• Assess solution feasibility and provide recommendations on application architecture, integrations, and implementation approaches.

Technical Advisory & Stakeholder Management

• Provide technical consultancy and guidance on solution design, system integration, and platform capabilities.
• Understand business models, products, and operational drivers, translating them into platform configurations, system enhancements, or new product implementations.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define technical strategies that improve business effectiveness and customer offerings.
• Support new business initiatives and contribute technical expertise to RFP/RFT responses.

Requirements

Lead System Analyst

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in systems analysis, solution design, or related roles.
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solution designs within the telecommunications industry.

Senior System Analyst

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or solution design.
• Experience participating in solution design and system implementation projects within telecom environments.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge and experience in one or more of the following domains:

• Mobile and Broadband Networks
• CRM platforms (e.g. Compax)
• Billing Systems
• Provisioning Systems
• Inventory Management
• Order Management and Delivery Systems
• API and System Integrations
