Senior/Quantity Surveyor (MRT Project)

Join a reputable A1 main contractor with an established track record in delivering major developments across Singapore. Multiple openings are available for Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to support MRT projects at various locations islandwide.

What you will do

• Manage cost planning, budgeting, and quantity take-offs for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare, review, and evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor proposals.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and payment certifications.
• Prepare progress claims, subcontractor payments, and final accounts.
• Support procurement activities and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Track project expenditures and provide regular cost reports to management.
• Work closely with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate commercial risks.
• Assist in the resolution of contractual and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of project records.

What you will need

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
