Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Drive product performance, yield, quality, and reliability to ensure SiCpower transistors consistently meet customer requirements from product introduction through high-volume manufacturing

• The responsibilities for this role are based on four pillars:

  1. Product Performance & Yield

     • Yield improvement
     • Product parameter monitoring
     • Product characterization

  2. Product Quality and Reliability

     • Risk assessment
     • Quality improvement
     • Product disposition

  3. Issue Resolution

     • Product-related excursions
     • Parameter deviations
     • Cross-functional troubleshooting

  4. Product Introduction

     • New product releases
     • Technology transfers
     • Production ramp-up

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A University degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or in a comparable fie
• Experience in the semiconductor industry as a (FE) Process Integration Engineer or Product Engineer
• Sound knowledge in the field of Front-End Wafer Fabrication and Semiconductor Device Physics (PN Diodes, MOSFETs, etc.)
• A proactive personality and are willing to take ownership
• Excellent communication skills in English
