Role & responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research for property types, locations, projects and buyer search intent.
• Execute on-page, off-page and technical SEO activities.
• Optimise project pages, location pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs and internal links.
• Monitor website crawling and indexing, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects and duplicate content.
• Work with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and improve mobile usability and page performance.
• Create content briefs for property pages, blogs, locality guides, FAQs and market comparisons.
• Support visibility in AI-powered search through Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
• Coordinate structured data implementation and validation with the development team.
• Analyse competitors and identify opportunities to improve rankings and organic enquiries.
• Build relevant, quality backlinks through ethical outreach.
• Track performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and SEO tools.
• Share weekly reports covering completed tasks, rankings, organic traffic, enquiries, indexing issues and next steps.

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands-on experience in on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
• Working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or Screaming Frog.
• Understanding of keyword intent, content optimisation, internal linking and structured data.
• Familiarity with AEO, GEO and AI search is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret data and turn findings into practical improvements.
• Good written communication, attention to detail and coordination skills.
• Real estate or property portal SEO experience is preferred.
• Candidates who can demonstrate previous SEO work and measurable results will have an advantage.
