About the Role
We are looking for an SEO Associate to support the execution of INTERCERT's organic growth strategy across its cybersecurity, compliance, certification, and training offerings.

The role involves working closely with the SEO Lead, content, and marketing teams to implement SEO initiatives, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility and leads.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the execution of on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO activities.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP analysis, and identify relevant search opportunities.
* Implement on-page SEO elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content optimisation.
* Work with the content team to optimise existing and new content for search intent and target keywords.
* Support link-building and off-page SEO activities, including identifying relevant websites and outreach opportunities.
* Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, indexing, and other key SEO metrics.
* Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, or equivalent SEO platforms to track and analyse performance.
* Identify basic technical SEO issues and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
* Conduct regular SEO audits and maintain tracking sheets/reports for ongoing activities.
* Stay updated on SEO trends, search algorithm changes, and evolving search behaviour.
