SEO Content Writer

Description Role Overview This role will support landing pages, blog articles, local market content, website copy, and other content deliverables for both our client delivery and growth teams.

The ideal candidate is an excellent writer with a good understanding of SEO and search intent, and someone who can use AI tools effectively while maintaining accuracy, originality, consistency, and brand quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, SEO-, AEO-, and GEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and other digital channels.
• Create conversion-focused landing page and website copy based on customer goals and target audiences.
• Produce recurring content deliverables for multiple clients while meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct keyword, topic, competitor, and search-intent research to support content creation.
• Optimize content structure, headings, messaging, and keyword usage based on SEO best practices.
• Work closely with SEO, website, and growth teams to ensure content aligns with keyword strategies, brand positioning, and business objectives.
• Create and adapt content for different industries, audiences, and local markets.
• Review, edit, and proofread content for grammar, clarity, tone, accuracy, and consistency.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content platforms to improve productivity while ensuring final content is properly reviewed and refined.
• Manage multiple content assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on SEO, AEO, GEO, generative search, and digital content trends.

Requirements Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in SEO content writing, copywriting, content marketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent written English, with strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience writing website copy, landing pages, blog articles, and other digital content.
• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keywords, search intent, headings, metadata, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics and turn complex information into clear and engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across a high volume of content.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the writing, research, and editing process.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.

• Experience working in a digital marketing, SEO, or content agency.
• Experience managing content for multiple clients or industries.
• Familiarity with local SEO and location-based content.
• Familiarity with AEO, GEO, and AI-powered search.
• Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Surfer SEO, or similar platforms.
• Basic experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
