Key Responsibilities A. SEO Content Writing

• Research and write SEO-optimized articles, pillar pages, landing pages, and FAQs around debt consolidation, debt management, and personal-finance topics relevant to the Philippines.
• Perform keyword research (primary, secondary, long-tail) and map keywords to the right page and search intent (informational, commercial, transactional).
• Build content around topic clusters and a pillar-page structure to grow topical authority.
• Write clear, accurate, empathetic copy localized for Filipino readers, using local terms (e.g., utang, sweldo, online lending/pinoy lending apps), peso figures, and culturally relevant examples.
• Optimize titles, meta descriptions, URL slugs, headings (H1–H3), and internal links for every piece.
• Apply on-page SEO best practices: keyword placement, readability, image alt text, and structured data/schema where relevant.
• Maintain and update existing content to keep it accurate, fresh, and ranking (content refresh).

B. AEO/GEO (AI Search Visibility)

• Write content structured for AI answer engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity): direct answers in the first 40–60 words of a section, clear question-based headings, and self-contained passages that can be quoted on their own.
• Build FAQ, comparison, and how-to formats that answer real user questions, including conversational and long-tail prompts.
• Strengthen E-E-A-T signals: cite credible sources (BSP, SEC, CIC, government data), add author/reviewer attribution, and keep facts, figures, and dates verifiable.
• Keep brand and product facts (what FLIN is, how it works, who it helps) consistent across all pages so AI models describe FLIN accurately.
• Monitor how FLIN appears in AI answers for priority prompts and recommend content updates to close citation gaps.

C. Content Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all financial content is accurate, compliant with Philippine regulations, and free of misleading claims about loans, interest rates, or debt outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, legal/compliance, and customer-facing teams to validate information before publishing.
• Follow FLIN's brand voice and editorial guidelines; contribute to improving them over time.

D. Performance & Reporting

• Track content performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs/Semrush).
• Analyze rankings, traffic, CTR, and conversions to identify what to create, update, merge, or remove.
• Propose new content opportunities based on keyword gaps, competitor analysis, and search/AI trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 2–3 years of experience in SEO content writing or digital content marketing
• Proven portfolio of published articles that rank on Google
• Hands-on experience with keyword research and on-page optimization
• Understanding of AEO/GEO and how content gets surfaced or cited in AI-generated answers

Preferred:

• Experience writing for finance, fintech, banking, or other YMYL (Your Money Your Life) industries
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
• Basic understanding of technical SEO (indexing, crawlability, site structure)

Technical & Analytical

• Proficient in Google Search Console and GA4
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar)
• Familiar with schema markup and structured data basics
• Comfortable using AI tools responsibly in research and drafting, with strong editing and fact-checking judgment
• Data-aware mindset: able to turn performance data into content decisions
