Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven SEO Executive who understands both traditional SEO and the rapidly evolving field of AI SEO.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our organic visibility, increasing qualified leads, driving international traffic, and ensuring Dream Riders remains visible across Google Search, AI search platforms, and emerging answer engines.

This position is suitable for someone who is passionate about SEO, data analysis, content strategy, AI tools, and achieving measurable business results.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Executive who will take ownership of Dream Riders’ organic growth strategy. This role involves optimizing our website, driving international visibility, and ensuring we rank for high-value travel and adventure keywords to attract riders globally.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for international and domestic markets.
• Perform keyword research focused on high-intent travel and motorcycle tour searches.
• Optimize destination pages, tour pages, blogs, and landing pages.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify ranking opportunities.
• Improve website architecture, internal linking, and content clusters.
• Monitor rankings and organic traffic performance.

AI SEO & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

• Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and other answer engines.
• Develop content strategies that improve visibility in AI-generated search results.
• Implement structured data, schema markup, and semantic SEO best practices.
• Research emerging AI SEO trends and recommend implementation strategies.
• Create content frameworks designed for AI citation and featured snippets.

Content & Blogging

• Plan and manage destination-focused content calendars.
• Work with writers to create SEO-friendly and user-focused content.
• Optimize existing content for rankings and conversions.
• Develop comparison articles, destination guides, and pillar content.

Technical SEO

• Perform technical SEO audits.
• Monitor indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and website health.
• Implement schema markup and structured data.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Link Building & Authority Development
• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and partnerships.
• Develop guest posting opportunities.
• Identify industry-specific link acquisition opportunities.
• Improve domain authority through ethical SEO practices.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Prepare monthly performance reports.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations.
• Measure SEO success based on lead generation and business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with AI SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI search visibility.
• Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Preferred

• Experience in international SEO targeting foreign markets.
• Background in travel, tourism, or hospitality SEO projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
