About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to increase organic traffic, improve domain authority, and boost search rankings across major search engines.

You will work closely with content creators, web developers, and performance marketers to optimize content, audit technical website performance, and execute high-performing backlink strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Page & Technical SEO

• Perform thorough keyword research to discover high-intent keywords, search trends, and content opportunities.
• Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt texts, internal links, and URL structures.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits using tools like Google Search Console and Screaming Frog to identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, indexing issues, and core web vitals performance.
• Collaborate with web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across site architecture, mobile responsiveness, and page load speed.

Off-Page SEO & Content Strategy

• Plan and execute off-page SEO campaigns, including link building, digital PR, guest blogging, and outreach to earn high-authority backlinks.
• Monitor backlink profiles, identify toxic links, and maintain link equity.
• Partner with the content team to create search-optimized content briefs for articles, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and bounce rates.
• Set up and maintain custom dashboards in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Monitor competitor SEO strategies, keywords, backlink profiles, and industry updates to adjust tactics proactively.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in-house or at an agency.
• Tools Expertise: Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and leading SEO suites (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Similarweb).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HTML/CSS, site architecture, canonicalization, structured data (Schema markup), and XML sitemaps.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to transform raw search and user behavior data into actionable strategic insights.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach and cross-functional team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar).
• Knowledge of JavaScript SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with local SEO strategies (Google Business Profile management) or e-commerce SEO.
