About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Executive with 12 years of hands-on experience to support organic growth, search visibility, and website performance. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page and basic Technical SEO and be comfortable working with SEO tools and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Execute On-Page SEO including meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs and internal linking.
• Manage Off-Page SEO, backlink building and link-building activities.
• Perform basic Technical SEO checks covering crawling, indexing, broken links, sitemap and robots.txt.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic and website performance.
• Work with content teams to create and optimize SEO-friendly content.
• Use Google Search Console and GA4 to monitor and analyse SEO performance.
• Identify SEO issues and implement optimization strategies.
• Support SEO reporting and track key performance metrics.
• Stay updated with SEO, AEO, GEO and AI Search developments.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
• Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar SEO tools.
• Good understanding of keyword research, search intent and competitor analysis.
• Basic knowledge of AEO, GEO and AI Search is an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working 5 days a week from the Sarjapur Road, Bangalore office.
