SEO Executive

We are looking for a result-oriented SEO Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day SEO activities and help improve our website’s organic rankings, traffic, visibility and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Keyword Research, Technical SEO basics and SEO tools. We are looking for someone who understands SEO beyond just link building and can execute strategies consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and search intent analysis.
• Implement and optimize On-Page SEO including:
• Title tags
• Meta descriptions
• H1/H2/H3 structure
• URL optimization
• Internal linking
• Image optimization
• Content optimization
• Execute Off-Page SEO and link-building activities through relevant and quality websites.
• Identify and fix basic technical SEO issues such as broken links, indexing issues, duplicate content, redirects, sitemap and robots.txt.
• Monitor website rankings, organic traffic and keyword performance.
• Work on Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4 for performance tracking.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and prepare actionable recommendations.
• Analyze competitors and identify new keyword/content opportunities.
• Coordinate with the content team for SEO-friendly content creation and optimization.
• Track backlinks and identify toxic/low-quality links where required.
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and current SEO best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
• Good understanding of Keyword Research, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Technical SEO.
• Basic understanding of HTML, website structure and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred

• Experience in local SEO is a plus.
• Experience with lead-generation websites is preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO for multiple industries/websites will be an added advantage.
• Candidates who have worked on improving organic traffic and keyword rankings with measurable results will be preferred.
