Job Summary

Design Pundit Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an SEO Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to manage and execute SEO activities for multiple client websites.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical and Local SEO, along with basic knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Handle On-Page, Off-Page, Technical and Local SEO activities.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs and internal linking.
• Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile.
• Conduct website SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities.
• Plan and execute ethical link-building and backlink activities.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic and SEO performance.
• Identify and resolve basic technical SEO issues.
• Optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask and AI-generated search results.
• Support AEO and GEO strategies for improved visibility across modern search and AI platforms.
• Prepare regular SEO reports and performance insights.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends and AI search developments.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of practical SEO experience.
• Good understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical and Local SEO.
• Basic understanding of AEO and GEO.
• Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog or similar.
• Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile.
• Understanding of keyword research, content optimization, backlink analysis and competitor research.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, Schema Markup and WordPress.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience working with an advertising or digital marketing agency.
• Experience handling multiple client websites.
• Knowledge of AI search, Google AI Overviews and generative search.
• Understanding of E-E-A-T, topical authority and entity optimization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
