About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team in Mohali, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine optimization, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and Google Analytics/Search Console.

You will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, increasing website traffic, generating qualified leads, and implementing SEO strategies that support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
• Conduct SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, site structure, page speed, and mobile optimization.
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical white-hat link-building techniques.
• Create SEO-friendly content briefs and coordinate with content writers and developers.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
• Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO platforms.
• Analyze competitors and identify new keywords, content gaps, and backlink opportunities.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, and location-based keyword targeting.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and search engine algorithms.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
• Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and technical SEO concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze SEO data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc., is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant SEO experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge of SEO and relevant projects/certifications may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
