Job Summary

We are seeking a performance-driven SEO Executive with strong knowledge of search engine optimisation to improve website visibility, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO strategy implementation, website optimisation, keyword research, and SEO performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Optimise website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with development teams to resolve website issues.
• Manage local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile optimisation.
• Collaborate with content teams to develop and optimise SEO-friendly content.
• Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, and website performance.
• Analyse performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Prepare periodic SEO reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and emerging AI search trends.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Proficiency in keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile management.
• Basic understanding of HTML and WordPress.
• Experience with website audits, content optimisation, and link-building strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in improving organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Knowledge of schema markup and backlink analysis.
• Understanding of SEO content strategy and optimisation.
• Awareness of AI search and Google AI Overviews.
• A portfolio demonstrating SEO projects or measurable performance improvements.

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA.

For experienced candidates, the compensation package and applicable salary hike will be determined based on current CTC, relevant experience, technical expertise, and interview performance.
