We are looking for a result-oriented SEO Manager to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and develop effective search engine optimization strategies for our clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies for multiple client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO knowledge, analytical skills, and experience in improving organic search performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
• Manage on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO activities.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, and website structure.
• Develop and execute link-building and backlink acquisition strategies.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall website performance.
• Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track and analyze results.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with content writers, developers, and other digital marketing team members to implement SEO recommendations.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage multiple SEO projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing or media agency.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
• Knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, and content optimization.
• Understanding of website platforms such as WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable results.
