Job Description

Aditya E-Marketing Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of search engine optimization, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and website performance optimization.

You will be responsible for improving website rankings on search engines, increasing organic traffic, and implementing effective SEO strategies for our clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
• Implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and URL optimization.
• Perform off-page SEO activities, including quality backlink building and link outreach.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues.
• Optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
• Work with content writers and website developers to implement SEO recommendations.
• Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools to track performance.
• Prepare regular SEO reports and monitor campaign progress.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and current SEO best practices.
• Support local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic to good knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML is an advantage.
• Good analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new SEO techniques and digital marketing tools.

Experience Requirements

• Freshers with practical SEO knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of SEO experience will be preferred.
• Practical project experience or an SEO portfolio will be an added advantage.
