SEO Executive

We are looking for an SEO Executive who can find what is holding a website back, fix it, and show the results. You will work with our content and development teams to grow organic traffic and visibility in Google and AI search tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical and On-Page SEO

• Run technical audits and track fixes until they are live.
• Optimize site structure, internal links, schema, titles, and page elements.
• Work with developers to ship SEO changes correctly.

Content Strategy

• Build content strategies that deliver measurable results in traffic and rankings.
• Find keyword and content gaps against competitors.
• Build and manage topical clusters, with clear pillar pages and supporting articles.
• Give the content team clear briefs tied to search intent.

Off-Page SEO

• Find backlink gaps against competitors and identify link opportunities.
• Build and run a link-building strategy, including outreach and partnerships.
• Track link quality and the impact of new links on rankings.

AI Search (AEO, GEO, LLM)

• Build strategies to earn citations in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
• Structure content so AI tools can read and quote it.

Analytics and Reporting

• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, CTR, conversions, and indexing in GA4 and Search Console.
• Send weekly status updates and monthly reports with clear recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of SEO experience, including work on ecommerce or product-based websites.
• Experience in SEO for local, ecommerce, or product-based websites.
• Strong grip on topical clusters and content gap analysis.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and rank-tracking tools.
• Working knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page, and AI search SEO.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
