SEO Expert

About the Role

Alliance Capital Properties is looking for a results-driven SEO Expert to strengthen our online presence, increase organic traffic, improve Google rankings, and generate qualified leads for our real estate business in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research focused on Dubai real estate, property sales, rentals, off-plan projects, and investment opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to website speed, mobile usability, indexing, crawling, and site structure.
• Develop and execute local SEO strategies to improve visibility for relevant Dubai property searches.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile and local search presence.
• Create SEO-focused content plans in collaboration with the content and marketing teams.
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building and digital PR strategies.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and lead generation performance.
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to outperform competing real estate agencies.
• Provide regular reports with measurable results, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or SEO Expert.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
• Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and professional SEO tools.
• Knowledge of WordPress or other website content management systems.
• Understanding of SEO content strategy and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience in real estate, property portals, or the UAE market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate measurable results.

• Improve organic search visibility for targeted real estate keywords.
• Increase qualified organic traffic and website enquiries.
• Improve keyword rankings for relevant property searches in Dubai.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Deliver monthly performance reports with clear KPIs and action plans.
