This is a chance to step into a leadership role where you’ll guide the service with a chance to build a team, drive revenue growth, and execute industry-leading campaigns for some of New Zealand and Australia’s most exciting brands. What you’ll do

• Lead our SEO / GEO service, creating bold strategies which keep our clients at the edge of what’s possible, feeding other agency teams and growing you’re own.
• Drive client growth, retention, and ROI through smart strategy and flawless execution.
• Partner with paid search, content, brand, and creative teams to deliver holistic campaigns.
• Stay ahead of industry shifts, test new tools and tech, and embed innovation into everything we do.
• Translate data into insights that influence clients and shape business outcomes.

What we’re looking for

• Proven leadership in SEO/GEO (agency or fast-paced environment).
• Deep expertise in all organic search, especially in today’s changing landscape.
• A thirst for the edge of where the landscape is evolving to - our clients demand we keep up with the changing times.
• Analytical firepower, comfortable turning numbers into strategy.
• A leader who thrives on mentoring and lifting others.
• Forward-thinking, ambitious, and restless for better.
• Collaborative, client-facing, and able to inspire confidence in the boardroom.

Nice-to-haves: Exposure to CRO, or managing revenue growth from new channels.
