Job Title: SEO Head
Location: Deonar, Chembur, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with alternate Saturdays off

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Head to lead SEO strategy, manage organic growth initiatives, and improve search engine visibility for multiple websites and client accounts. The candidate should have strong technical SEO knowledge, analytical skills, and experience managing SEO campaigns and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Lead on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO activities.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and website audits.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, site structure, and website performance.
• Develop link-building strategies and monitor backlink quality.
• Optimise website content, landing pages, metadata, URLs, and internal linking.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, and other SEO KPIs.
• Manage and guide SEO executives while ensuring timely delivery of client projects.
• Coordinate with content writers, developers, and digital marketing teams.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, search trends, and SEO best practices.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of SEO experience, preferably with team-handling responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent platforms.
• Understanding of website architecture, indexing, crawling, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver measurable results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
