SEO Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and aspiring digital marketers to gain practical experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), keyword research, website optimization, content optimization, and search engine performance analysis.

The selected candidate will work closely with our digital marketing team on real-world projects to improve website visibility, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and overall search engine performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and search opportunities.
• Assist with on-page SEO activities, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Perform basic technical SEO audits and identify website optimization opportunities.
• Assist in off-page SEO activities, including backlink research and link-building strategies.
• Optimize website content and blog posts according to SEO best practices.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
• Work with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and other SEO tools.
• Conduct competitor analysis and research industry trends.
• Help identify and fix basic SEO issues related to website structure, indexing, and crawlability.
• Prepare SEO reports and track the progress of optimization activities.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and the latest SEO trends.

Requirements and Skills

• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with keyword research and on-page SEO fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of website structure, content optimization, and search engine rankings.
• Good analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with the team.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with SEO certifications, personal projects, blogs, or digital marketing course experience will be preferred, but prior work experience is not mandatory.
