SEO Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Map commercial intent around beauty trends (ingredients, routines) and align campaigns with seasonal product launches and regional shopping holidays.
• Maintain the technical health of our e-commerce platform (Shopify/Magento), optimizing Core Web Vitals, mobile UX, and Product Schema markups.
• Adapt content structures to win visibility in AI Overviews, optimizing our digital footprint for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) alongside local social-search channels on Meta and Google platforms.
• Optimize high-converting content across English and Chinese while tracking revenue attribution via GA4, GSC, or Ahrefs.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally with Agencies, Beauty, or FMCG background.
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, back link etc. and technical SEO best practices
• Proficient with Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and basic web fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS impact on crawling).
• Strong understanding of how generative AI engines crawl and source brand information for digital product recommendations.
• Proven experience in leading SEO strategies or managing projects/teams
