SEO Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a rockstar SEO Manager to own SEO strategy and execution across our client portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with real agency experience who knows how to drive rankings, traffic, and ROI that clients can actually see and feel.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead SEO strategy across multiple client accounts
• Conduct keyword research and guide content strategy
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and on-page elements
• Lead off-page optimization and link-building efforts
• Collect and report on traffic, rankings, and SEO performance
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) listings
• Ensure NAP consistency across directories and local citations
• Develop local link-building strategies for geo-specific search
• Collaborate with social, PPC, and content teams to align strategy
• Stay current on SEO and search trends, and lead the team's approach to it

Requirements:

• Agency experience required (this is non-negotiable).
• 5+ years of experience in SEO and a strong track record of driving real, measurable SEO results.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GBP Insights).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and HTML/CSS fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to own outcomes and lead independently.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
