SEO Manager

InstaCare is a growing healthcare IT company, and we are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO operations and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on SEO knowledge, team management experience, and the ability to plan and execute strategies that improve website traffic, rankings and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and website conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
• Oversee website structure, metadata, content optimization, and technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
• Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
• Plan and manage link-building activities to improve website authority and rankings.
• Analyze competitors, identify growth opportunities, and adjust SEO strategies based on performance data.
• Lead, manage, and guide the SEO team, assign responsibilities, set priorities, and monitor individual and team performance.
• Set SEO targets and track progress against monthly goals for traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Review SEO reports regularly and identify areas that need improvement.
• Coordinate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO requirements are properly implemented.
• Work with Graphic Designers to ensure visuals and creatives support SEO goals.
• Oversee the Data Entry team to ensure website uploads are accurate, properly structured, and SEO-friendly.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Support other digital marketing initiatives when required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including at least 1 year in a team lead/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
• Experience developing SEO strategies and tracking performance against targets.
• Proven ability to manage a team, assign tasks, review performance, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, SaaS, or other competitive industries is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working onsite.
