SEO Manager

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior SEO Specialist with strong technical SEO skills and a proven track record of growing organic traffic, improving rankings, and generating leads.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with large-scale websites, marketplaces, classifieds, e-commerce, or travel platforms, along with knowledge of AI-powered search optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page and off-page SEO.
• Manage technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, site structure, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup.
• Implement AEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other AI search platforms.
• Plan and execute link-building campaigns, backlink audits, and outreach.
• Develop programmatic SEO strategies for large-scale websites.
• Manage local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and multilingual SEO.
• Work closely with developers and content teams to implement SEO improvements.
• Track performance, analyze data, and report measurable results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results in traffic growth, rankings, and lead generation.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience managing large websites.
• Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, or SE Ranking.
• Practical experience with AEO, GEO, programmatic SEO, and link building.
• Knowledge of local SEO, Google Business Profile, and international SEO.
• Excellent English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the UAE/MENA market is preferred.
• Arabic or French SEO experience is a plus.
