SEO Manager

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and overall online visibility for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.

- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.

- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, URLs, internal linking, and landing pages.

- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, and website structure.

- Plan and execute effective link-building and backlink strategies.

- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics.

- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with content, social media, and development teams to improve website performance.

- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.

- Lead and manage SEO team members to achieve business goals and performance targets.

. Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with proven results in improving organic rankings and website traffic.

- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

- Expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, link building, and content optimization.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.

- Understanding of HTML, website structure, indexing, crawling, and Core Web Vitals.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

- Experience in managing SEO projects, teams, and performance reports.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable SEO results.
