Seo Specialist

Key Responsibilities*

- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for client and in-house websites

- Perform on-page SEO optimization (meta tags, headers, internal linking, content structure)

- Manage technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile-friendliness, schema markup)

- Build and execute link-building and off-page SEO strategies

- Optimize multilingual content (English, Telugu, Hindi) for search where applicable

- Monitor rankings, traffic, and organic performance

- Collaborate with content and social teams to align SEO with broader campaign strategy

- Provide monthly SEO performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders

- Stay current on search algorithm updates and adjust strategy accordingly

*Technical Skills*

- SEO Tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog

- Keyword & Competitive Research: Ahrefs Keywords Explorer, SEMrush Keyword Magic Tool, AnswerThePublic

- Technical SEO: Site speed/Core Web Vitals (PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix), XML sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data/schema markup (JSON-LD), canonicalization, crawl budget optimization

- CMS/Platform Knowledge: WordPress (Yoast/Rank Math), Shopify, Wix, Squarespace SEO settings

- Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Supermetrics, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio

- Local & Multilingual SEO: Google Business Profile management, local citation building, hreflang implementation for multilingual (Telugu/Hindi/English) content

- Basic HTML/CSS: Ability to read/edit code for on-page SEO fixes (meta tags, alt text, header structure)

- Link Building: Outreach tools (Ahrefs, Hunter.io), backlink analysis and disavow processes

*Requirements*

- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience a plus)

- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

- Experience optimizing for local/community-focused search a plus

- Excellent written communication skills; multilingual (Telugu/Hindi) a plus

- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
