SEO Specialist

Responsible for improving Stamps' organic search visibility, website traffic, and search performance through effective SEO strategies and data-driven optimization.

Job Description

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new search opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and on-page SEO elements.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities to improve website performance.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other SEO performance metrics.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO initiatives.
• Prepare SEO reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO or a related role.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO.
• Familiar with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with basic website structure and HTML.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to continuously learn.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Plus points

• Experience with technical SEO and website audits.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, or digital product SEO.
