SEO specialist

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our website’s visibility on search engines, driving organic traffic, and generating quality leads through strategic optimization techniques. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in training and mentoring students in SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines
• Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL structure)
• Execute off-page SEO strategies including link building and outreach
• Manage technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors, indexing issues)
• Perform regular website audits and fix SEO issues
• Create and optimize content based on SEO best practices
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers
• Track keyword rankings and organic traffic growth
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush for insights
• Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities
• Optimize for local SEO and Google Business Profile
• Improve conversion rates through SEO-driven strategies
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends
• Prepare detailed monthly performance reports and insights
• Suggest and implement new growth strategies to improve rankings and traffic

Training & Teaching Responsibilities

• Train students or interns on SEO fundamentals and advanced techniques
• Conduct practical sessions, workshops, or live projects
• Create training materials, assignments, and case studies
• Mentor students and review their SEO work/projects
• Simplify complex SEO concepts for beginners
• Stay updated with industry trends to provide relevant training

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
