SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and work closely with the Sales Marketing function. The role will support in strengthening our digital presence and will also play an important role in building the online visibility of our upcoming company and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on SEO experience, a good understanding of emerging AI-driven search, and the ability to identify opportunities to improve our visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms.

Roles Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website visibility, and traffic.

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and market research.

• Handle on-page, technical, and off-page SEO activities.

• Optimize websites for Google Search and emerging AI-powered search and discovery platforms.

• Explore and implement strategies related to AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and LLM visibility.

• Improve website content, internal linking, metadata, schema markup, and other technical SEO elements.

• Identify opportunities to improve the companys visibility in AI-generated search results and platforms.

• Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and relevant SEO tools.

• Research competitors and identify new SEO, content, and digital marketing opportunities.

• Work closely with content writers, developers, and other internal teams to implement SEO initiatives.

• Support content development and ensure website content is optimized for both search engines and users.

• Research, organize, and structure relevant business and industry information to support AI-assisted content and digital initiatives.

• Stay updated on changes in search algorithms, AI search, SEO trends, and digital marketing practices.

• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights to the management team.

• Work closely with SEO team to align SEO and digital initiatives with business and marketing objectives.

Key Requirements Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO / Digital Marketing.

• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.

• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.

• Good understanding of AI Search, AEO, GEO, LLM visibility, and emerging search trends.

• Strong keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong interest in AI, emerging technologies, and the future of search.
