About the role
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for multiple clients across various industries. The ideal candidate is passionate about organic growth, technical SEO, AI-driven search trends, and data-driven optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies including Technical SEO, On-page SEO, and Off-page SEO for multiple client accounts
- Conduct technical SEO audits, identify priority issues, and provide actionable roadmaps for development teams and clients
- Perform keyword research, competitor gap analysis, and content strategy planning to expand organic search visibility
- Monitor and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and other SEO platforms
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and continuously optimize SEO strategies accordingly
- Provide recommendations for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to support AI-driven search visibility
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
- Review and optimize content to align with SEO, AEO, and GEO trends
- Mentor junior SEO team members and review deliverables to maintain quality standards
- Utilize AI tools effectively to improve workflow efficiency and SEO performance
About you
- 3–5+ years of experience in SEO or Organic Search Optimization
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-page SEO, and Off-page SEO
- Proficient in Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO auditing tools
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, and site architecture
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience working with multilingual websites or international markets
- Knowledge of Schema Markup and Log File Analysis
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS systems
- Interest or experience in AI Search, AEO, GEO, and the future of search technologies
