What You’ll Do

Technical SEO

• Run comprehensive site audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Lumar to find and fix issues at scale.
• Improve site architecture, crawl efficiency, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
• Use Google Search Console to analyze performance and resolve indexing and coverage issues.
• Work with development teams to implement schema, hreflang, and rendering improvements, and make sure fixes are delivered on time.
• Translate technical findings into clear, business-focused recommendations for clients.

On-Page SEO

• Carry out keyword research, keyword mapping, and search intent analysis.
• Optimize titles, meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking for semantic relevance.
• Review content to identify opportunities to enhance, consolidate, or prune pages.
• Implement and validate structured data.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to deliver optimized pages on schedule.

Off-Page SEO

• Plan and run link-building campaigns, including digital PR, outreach, and guest posting.
• Audit backlink profiles and handle toxic links and disavow where needed.
• Monitor competitor link profiles and identify new link opportunities.
• Build brand mentions and authority signals across the web.
• Present link-building progress and results to clients with realistic expectations and timelines.

AEO / GEO (Answer & Generative Engine Optimization)

• Optimize content to appear in AI Overviews, featured snippets, People Also Ask, and AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Structure content for answer-readiness: clear definitions, concise answers, FAQs, and entity-focused writing.
• Build topical authority and strengthen entity and brand presence for AI citations.
• Track brand visibility and citations across AI search platforms and report findings to clients.
• Strategy, Client Leadership & Reporting (across all of the above)
• Act as the primary SEO point of contact for clients, leading calls, presentations, and strategy discussions.
• Build SEO roadmaps and set realistic expectations and timelines.
• Report on rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI using GA4, Looker Studio, and GSC.
• Support Local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, reviews), E-commerce SEO (category and product pages, faceted navigation), and International SEO (hreflang, multi-region strategy) where relevant to the client.

What You Bring

• 3-4 years of hands-on SEO experience across technical, on-page, and off-page.
• Working knowledge of AEO/GEO and how AI search is changing visibility.
• Strong command of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Clearscope).
• Proven client-facing experience, with confident communication and the ability to manage client expectations.
• Ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Good to Have

• Agency experience managing multiple clients and industries at once.
• Performance marketing experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and the ability to align SEO strategy with paid campaigns.
• Experience with large websites or e-commerce platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript rendering.
• Exposure to A/B testing and CRO for on-page changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
