SEO Specialist

La Verde Group is looking for a skilled, creative, and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of search engine optimization, keyword research, website optimization, and digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, enhancing online visibility, and generating quality leads across our group companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify relevant search terms and growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues affecting search engine performance.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
• Create SEO-friendly content in coordination with the marketing and content creation teams.
• Optimize website structure, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Manage local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile optimization and local keyword targeting.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, conversions, and lead generation.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve website authority.
• Conduct regular SEO performance analysis and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with social media, content marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Support SEO activities across La Verde Group's business divisions, including Property Management, Facilities Management, Interior Design, and Cars Rental.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and local SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink building, and website audits.
• Basic understanding of website platforms such as WordPress and content management systems.
• Ability to create SEO-friendly content and optimize website pages for search engines.
• Understanding of website performance metrics, organic traffic growth, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple websites and projects while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and local SEO practices is an advantage.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to work.
