SEO Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO & Website Executive to manage and improve the company’s websites, search engine visibility, and overall online presence. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO, WordPress, website management, technical troubleshooting, content optimization, and emerging search technologies such as AEO and GEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and online visibility.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Optimize website pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, images, and content.
• Manage and update multiple company websites using WordPress.
• Create and manage backlinks for all company and branch websites.
• Monitor website rankings, traffic, indexing, and overall SEO performance.
• Identify and resolve website errors, broken links, indexing issues, and other technical problems.
• Troubleshoot basic hosting, domain, cPanel, SSL, DNS, and website-related issues.
• Coordinate with hosting providers and external developers when advanced technical support is required.
• Manage website hosting, domain renewals, SSL certificates, and related records.
• Support AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across search engines and AI platforms.
• Optimize website content for Google Search, Google Business Profile, and AI-driven search platforms.
• Maintain accurate and updated website content across all branches.
• Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
• Prepare regular SEO and website performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve website speed, user experience, technical SEO, and conversion performance.
• Ensure websites are regularly checked for security issues, errors, and outdated content.
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, AI search developments, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of SEO and website management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress.
• Good knowledge of technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research and backlink building.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of cPanel, hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and basic website troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic website development will be an advantage.
• Experience with AEO, GEO, and AI search optimization is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve website issues quickly.
• Must be able to handle multiple websites and urgent technical requirements.
• Good English communication skills.
• Must have good knowledge of AI platforms and tools.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
