Profile Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role, with strong knowledge of modern SEO strategies and best practices.
• Healthcare marketing experience is required, with experience in plastic/cosmetic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or a related medical field strongly preferred.
• Strong experience supporting broader digital marketing strategies and collaborating with senior marketing leadership, preferably a CMO.
• Hands-on experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is required, including optimizing content for AI-powered search and generative search platforms.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and an understanding of how they can support SEO and AI-driven search strategies is required.
• Experience using AI tools and technologies for SEO, content creation, keyword research, analytics, and marketing automation is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor SEO performance, analyse data, identify opportunities, and make actionable recommendations.
• Strong skills in content optimization, SEO strategy, research, communication, and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple SEO and marketing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should have several years of relevant experience. Junior-level candidates are not preferred.
• Experience in luxury marketing or working with high-end brands is highly preferred.
• Experience working with or having exposure to major platforms such as Google or Meta is highly preferred.
• Candidates must be able to provide professional references and a portfolio or examples of previous SEO work for review.

Core responsibilities:

• Support the CMO in developing and executing general marketing strategies aligned with clinic growth and brand objectives.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page optimization, content optimization, and technical SEO initiatives.
• Create and optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, service pages, and other digital assets for search performance and patient engagement.
• Monitor SEO performance using analytics and reporting tools, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the CMO.
• Support local SEO efforts, including optimization of location-based content and online visibility for the clinic's services.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve SEO research, content development, marketing workflows, and overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to ensure all marketing and SEO content accurately represents cosmetic surgery and dermatology services while maintaining a professional healthcare brand.
