SEO Team Leader

We are looking for an Advanced AI SEO Team Leader who can think beyond traditional SEO, leverage AI to drive organic growth, and build innovative strategies for international e-commerce brands.

Our ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with international clothing brands, fashion and apparel e-commerce businesses. We need a strategic thinker and execution-driven leader who understands how to scale organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, increase product visibility, and generate measurable revenue through advanced SEO techniques.

This is not a role for someone who only knows traditional SEO. We need someone who can think out of the box, experiment with new strategies, and deliver real business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute advanced SEO strategies for international fashion and e-commerce websites.
• Develop AI-powered SEO workflows for keyword research, content optimization, topical authority, and scalable product-page optimization.
• Drive organic growth across category pages, product pages, collection pages, and informational content.
• Implement advanced technical SEO, structured data, schema markup, internal linking, and crawl-budget optimization.
• Develop strategies for Google organic search, AI-driven search experiences, and emerging search platforms.
• Identify opportunities to outperform competitors through innovative SEO strategies, search-intent analysis, and data-driven experimentation.
• Optimize large product catalogs and e-commerce website architecture to improve rankings, visibility, and conversions.
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other relevant tools.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team while maintaining accountability for performance and results.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to achieve business growth.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven experience working with international e-commerce brands, preferably in the USA market.
• Direct experience with clothing, fashion, apparel, or dress e-commerce brands is highly preferred and strongly prioritized.
• Strong command of advanced technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and e-commerce SEO.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve SEO research, workflows, content optimization, and execution.
• Experience handling large websites, product catalogs, category pages, and competitive search markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect SEO performance to organic revenue and conversions.
• Ability to independently develop strategies, test unconventional ideas, solve complex SEO problems, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring an SEO team is required.
