SEO/AEO/GEO Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), including featured snippets, FAQs, and AI-generated answers.
• Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve brand mentions and citations across platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Optimize content using semantic SEO, entity optimization, topical authority, and E-E-A-T principles.
• Implement and validate schema markup, JSON-LD, and structured data.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with development teams to resolve website issues.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and SEO tools.
• Track organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, and AI search visibility, and prepare performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience, with practical exposure to AEO, GEO, or AI search optimization.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and search intent.
• Understanding of AI search platforms, LLMs, entity SEO, and AI citation tracking.
• Working knowledge of schema markup, JSON-LD, and structured data.
• Proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent SEO tools.
• Strong analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience improving organic search performance or AI search visibility.
• Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, and technical SEO audits.
• Experience with AI visibility monitoring tools and competitor analysis.
• Content /Blog writing Skills
