Are you our new SEO & GEO marketer ?

Dapper is looking for a SEO & GEO marketer with a pioneering spirit - someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency worldwide. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients drive online growth, from strategy to execution. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.

This job is for you if you:

• have 4 years of relevant experience in SEO , ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment
• communicate clearly and proactively in Dutch and English , whether it’s with teammates, clients, or through your work, you keep things sharp, structured, and on point.
• have hands-on experience with optimizing for AI-driven search, and understand how SEO is evolving towards GEO
• understand how content is surfaced in LLMs and can translate this into actionable strategies
• have a growth mindset, you give and receive feedback, seek improvement, and you like to test new approaches
• understand how SEO contributes to broader growth goals (not just rankings)
• don’t just execute, you ask “why” behind the brief and push for better outcomes
• are confident managing internal and external stakeholders, while turning briefs into clear, actionable plans.
• are always looking for the newest AI tools and knowledge available in the industry
• take ownership of projects while still collaborating effectively with your team and clients
• are able to analyse data and can present in a clear, understandable way to others
