SEO/Web Development Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and analytical SEO/Web Development Specialist to improve website performance, search engine visibility, and lead generation. The ideal candidate has experience in technical SEO, website optimization, keyword research, analytics, and landing page development to support the company's digital marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits and optimize website speed, indexing, mobile usability, and structured data (schema markup).
• Perform keyword research and maintain a keyword roadmap to support content marketing and paid advertising strategies.
• Implement on-page SEO strategies and review blog content to ensure compliance with SEO best practices before publication.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies and other off-page SEO activities to improve domain authority and search visibility.
• Build, maintain, and optimize landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) through testing, analysis, and data-driven improvements.
• Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, and UTM tracking standards.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for the marketing team and management.
• Provide search intent and keyword insights to support paid search campaigns and overall digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor website performance, identify technical issues, and implement solutions to improve search visibility and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in SEO, web development, digital marketing, or website optimization is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
• Experience in landing page development, website maintenance, and conversion rate optimization.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, website performance optimization, and mobile usability.
• Ability to analyze website data, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
