About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our September intake. This is a full-time position based in Angeles City, Pampanga, offering a unique opportunity to be part of our growing customer service department. This role is part of our virtual recruitment process, and notably, there will be no mock call requirements during the application stage. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and building strong relationships with our clients through various communication channels.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
• Providing product and service information to customers and addressing their concerns with patience and empathy
• Processing customer requests and transactions accurately whilst maintaining detailed records
• Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating to supervisors when necessary
• Following established procedures and company policies to ensure consistent service quality
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting colleagues to meet departmental targets
