Bullfrog Septic is looking for an experienced septic installer who knows the trade, can operate equipment with confidence, and takes pride in running an organized, efficient job site.

We're a growing septic installation and repair company looking for someone who can do more than dig and install. We need a dependable, hands-on crew lead who can plan ahead, coordinate materials and vendors, keep equipment ready, and help jobs run smoothly from start to finish.

If you know septic systems, take ownership of your work, and don't need someone standing over your shoulder to keep things moving, we'd like to talk.

What You'll Do

• Lead septic installations: Perform and oversee septic system installations, replacements, and related repair work.
• Operate heavy equipment: Confidently operate excavators and other job-site equipment safely and efficiently.
• Plan ahead: Coordinate material deliveries, vendors, equipment needs, and job schedules before work begins.
• Keep trucks and equipment ready: Make sure trucks, trailers, tools, and machinery are prepared, fueled, and ready for the next job.
• Keep jobs moving: Anticipate problems, identify missing materials, and address issues before they cause unnecessary delays.
• Manage the job site: Help direct the crew, maintain a safe and organized work environment, and ensure work is completed properly.
• Communicate: Keep management informed about job progress, material needs, unexpected site conditions, and schedule changes.
• Take ownership: Treat the company's time, equipment, materials, and reputation like your own.

What We're Looking For

• Proven, hands-on experience installing septic systems.
• Strong knowledge of septic installation procedures, site preparation, and drainfield work.
• Competence operating excavators and other heavy equipment used in septic installation.
• Ability to plan daily work, coordinate materials, and think several steps ahead.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to maintain equipment and keep the fleet job-ready.
• Dependability, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently, lead by example, and keep a crew productive.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in Florida weather.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who already understands septic installation and is ready to take responsibility for the work, the equipment, and the crew.
