Serdes system architecture research and development engineer

• High-speed SerDes system technology development (200Gbps+), including electrical and optical communications (optical interconnect). 2. Define system technical specifications and discuss system architecture with design teams (Analog, Digital, Algorithm), as well as establish models for simulation and evaluation. 3. Key SerDes technology evaluation and development (e.g., Next Gen SerDes, optical nonlinearity compensation, CPO technology). 4. Assist in SerDes IP verification issue analysis.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• 1. Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Communication Engineering, Control Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automatic Control, or related fields.
• 2. Proficient in C, Python, C#, embedded systems, and MATLAB.
• 3. Experience in high-speed SerDes, system verification, mass production, SIPI, and optical modules is highly preferred.
• 4. Strong self-motivation and learning ability, excellent communication skills, and team collaboration experience.
• 5. Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing.
