Serialization Program Lead

About the role

Own business continuity, resiliency, and risk management for Asia, aligned to enterprise standards. Drive regional continuity planning, readiness, and recovery execution; identify and mitigate operational risks and single points of failure through cross functional partnership. Lead Asia incident response coordination and ensure rapid stabilization and recovery across logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and drive accountability frameworks across Asia to ensure clear ownership, execution discipline, and measurable outcomes
• Define operating cadence, governance, and executive reporting to maintain visibility to risks, actions, and performance
• Reinforce leadership continuity and execution rigor during periods of ramp, change, or elevated operational risk
• Act as an integrator across Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and enterprise functions in Asia
• Drive complex, cross regional programs in alignment with Global Logistics strategic priorities
• Lead initiatives end to end through ambiguity, ensuring alignment, speed, and disciplined execution
• Serve as the change management lead for GLO Digital Transformation (DT) initiatives in Asia
• Drive adoption, readiness, and sustainment of new tools, processes, and capabilities across the region
• Partner with global DT and regional stakeholders to ensure effective rollout, communication, and impact realization
• Support a broad range of Global Logistics Organization (GLO) business operations initiatives across Asia

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support
• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2
