Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to uphold sanitation regulations
• Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and manage guest flow efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and sales processing
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices is highly desirable
• Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or food industry roles that emphasize guest interaction
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy; ability to upsell menu items confidently
• Familiarity with food preparation, kitchen operations, or nightclub service is a plus
