Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery.
• Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with proficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and beverage presentation.
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas promptly to ensure readiness for incoming guests.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment for all patrons.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items like current monthly or manager specials.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple guests efficiently during busy shifts.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours across all shifts including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions seamlessly.

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
