Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take and process customer orders accurately using POS systems, including Aloha and Micros.
• Handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards while preparing and serving food.
• Assist in food preparation and baking as needed, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to maintain a smooth workflow and address guest needs.
• Manage cash register operations and process payments efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Proficient in POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in food preparation and baking is a plus
• Familiarity with fine dining service standards and sanitation protocols

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
